By trading beef for grass-fed Bison you intake a significantly lower of fat compared to other meats. Additionally, Bison meat contains high concentrations of the fat blocker and an anti-carcinogen, CLA (conjugated linolaic acid), and has as many Omega 3s per serving as salmon. Put that in between a whole wheat bun and you're good to go!
